Packaged Flexible Planar Copper Foil Fractional-Order ‘0.61–0.87’ Capacitors: Series/Parallel Combinations

The fabrication of packaged, flexible, and planar fractional-order capacitors (FOCs) using copper foil electrodes thin films PVDF polymer nanocomposite dielectric is presented in this paper. An extensive comparison FOC properties made by two separate conductive fillers, i.e., graphene nanosheets (GNS) reduced oxide (rGO). Similar observed at a particular filler loading both types FOCs; however, differences the pseudocapacitance values width constant phase (CP) zone exists. Fractional order α (alpha) reported to vary range 0.61–0.87 impedance measurements on individual samples rGO/PVDF GNS/PVDF FOCs series/parallel connections identical-order FOCs. For connection arbitrary-order FOCs, varies from 0.61 0.83.
